NO EXERCISE RAISES RISK OF STENOSIS PROGRESSION

Spinal stenosis is a common diagnosis. It is the reduction of the spinal canal area due to degeneration. The absence of therapeutic exercise was also found to a risk factor for the progression of spinal stenosis. EXERCISE IMPROVES FUNCTION

For many back pain sufferers with specific or non-specific back pain, chronic or not, may well find themselves a little down when their back pain hangs around a while. It is not unusual.
