Eating right just may keep you living
longer! Pflugerville Wellness Center knows many Pflugerville chiropractic

evidence that fruit and vegetable consumption affects all-cause mortality. In a study of over 6000 people over 6 years,
consuming more fruits and vegetables (particularly
in those who had 7 servings or more a day) reduces
all-cause mortality. (1) The variety of fruits and vegetables takes
on an important role in lowering inflammation and
reducing C-reactive protein (CRP) concentrations,

FRUIT AND VEGETABLE INTAKE IMPROVES BMD
Lower bone mineral density (BMD) folks see
